Marc started me on some light core strengthening exercises and stretching for the first few weeks. Progressively we have worked up to extensive 1 hour workouts twice a week, concentrating on building my core and leg strength as well as cardio and full weights sessions.

How does Quad Training work?
You will have the opportunity to train for 75-minutes twice a week with three other participants in a small and motivating group over the period of 11-weeks. Just imagine working together with three other motivated and goal driven training partners and receiving the guidance from your inspirational personal trainer. You don't need to worry about motivating yourself and which exercises will give you the results you want. It is all here for you - fun, motivation and support!

Overview
1. 11-week training program;
2. Complete 2 x 75-minute training sessions each week with your motivational group and personal trainer;
3. A fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program to track and record your progress;
4. A goal setting workshop at the beginning of the program to cement the results you are going to achieve;
5. An electronic training diary to keep you on track;
6.  Nutritional guidance that will destroy your bad eating habits and impliment new ones so you never have to worry about what you eat again;
7. Weekly educational emails from Marc Stafford with health, fitness and nutritional tips; and
